  • During late spring, summer and fall, you are welcome to get into the water if you like. We often hang our feet in from the dock.

While it covers over 15 acres, the water is only about 4 ft deep. The bottom has a wealth of greenery, and it is teeming with many forms of life.

If you want to get in, but have fear… talk to Desirea - there are solutions!

  • Generally, Yes!

We require that you let us know you would like to start a fire, and only use designated fire pits and the fire wood that has been cut and stacked. Please do not gather wood from the property to burn.

We also reserve the right to refuse, or to put out a fire if we determine the weather conditions are unsafe - usually because of high winds.

Under no circumstances may anyone start a fire in the woodland area, and children must be fully and attentively supervised near any fire pit.

  • Yes! Children deserve to have fun and enjoy this magical place just as much as the big kids.

Children are welcome to attend the property, with their parent or legal guardian. Parents are responsible for fully and appropriately supervising children at all times, and for any injuries that may occur. Parents/guardians are also responsible to bring items the child needs - like sunscreen, age appropriate snacks and toys, or an appropriately sized life-jacket if they will be on or in the lake.

Safety is of the utmost importance. Given the inherent dangers of water, fire and the outdoors, we strongly encourage adults to be mindful.
