A unique and magical space with about 1.5 acres of open space, a fire pit and gathering area out back beside a 15+ acre pond and natural wetland. Along the edge of the property is woodland area, with a small path and some intimate escape nooks.

We are located just 5 minutes from two quarter sections containing wetlands that are owned and operated by Ducks Unlimited - meaning they are accessible to the public!

Our property is immersed in the sounds of all the local birds, and we do have some Bald Eagles and Great Horned Owls for neighbors.

All outdoor space is included in the primary accommodation bookings made through our partner HIPCAMP.

The main floor of our beautiful rustic main house is available for the provision of services and gatherings. It features an open flow between the kitchen, dining room and large living room, with a central brick chimney and wood stove. The living room has two large leather sectionals that comfortably seat up to twelve. During receipt of on site services or an Indoor booking, guests have full access to the main floor washroom. The Main House is also host to our Forest Treatment Room.

Booking the Main House is $69 per hour. Booking the Forest Treatment Room only is $29 per hour. Both are subject to a 4 hour maximum and 72 hour cancellation.

Another option is the Addendum, which features a large open concept semi-industrial space great for creative workshops and circle gatherings. It also contains our Garden Treatment Room, which is host to our Infrared Sauna and Winter Escape Space. This is an ideal space to book as a back up for outdoor plans that the weather may not cooperate with. The Addendum, including the Garden Treatment Room, is always booked as a whole space for $49 per hour, or $149 for the day, open from 2 PM to 10 PM.

Amenities

Guests are welcome to get out on the water; we provide 2 kayaks and a four person peddle boat. We also have a hot tub, infrared sauna for 2, and inversion table on site! Along the woodland path you will find a few amazing private nooks that are perfect for tapping into nature! We also have a large open grass space for gathering, a fire pit and seating near the lake, and horseshoe pits.

For overnight accommodations we have:

The Mallard - a 24 ft. 2014 Camper Trailer with a private bathroom and kitchen that sleeps 3-4.

The Terry - a 23 ft. 2010 Camper Trailer with private kitchen and bathroom that sleeps up to 8.

We do not offer tent camping as the only publicly available washrooms are inside the camper trailers.

All amenities are included with the primary booking of accommodations through our partner HIPCAMP.

Running an event has a lot of moving parts - setting up and decorating, sourcing great eats, greeting guests on arrivals, orientation and waivers, late arrivals and early departures, tours & safety info, answering unique questions, checking in with guests who step away from collective activities, the actual facilitation, problem solving, emergency management, debriefing, and the list goes on.

Even for a seasoned facilitator, a second set of eyes, hands and skills can be a tremendous asset.

All of our bookings are a 1 day minimum and start with the primary accommodation booking through our partner HIPCAMP. Through HIPCAMP you can book either The Mallard (2-4 People), The Terry (2-8 People), or both (up to 12 People). That gives you access to the trailer that you book, as well as all of the our Outdoor Spaces and Amenities.

You will need to provide the date, nature of event, number of attendees, space you wish to book, time frame you wish to book it for, and any other relevant details. Please also provide your name, business name, phone number, and information on of your liability coverage.

We will review and respond to your request within 3 business days. We encourage booking at least 2 weeks prior to your desired date.

All bookings additional to those made via our partner HIPCAMP - so booking any indoor space in the Main House or Addendum - is subject to availability and confirmation of a partnership agreement between Forged Soulutions and you, or your company.
