Two rounds of light HIIT - so 6 exercises for 50 s on and 10 s rest, twice through. We break in the middle for some H2O. Everyone chooses their own intensity level. Baseline march or jog on the spot.
This is intended to help you fire your self up before you eat - it is only 12 minutes of active focused movement - and every second counts!!

You could also do tree pose while you brush your teeth today. You will already be standing there brushing your teeth.
